ร่วมขับเคลื่อนสภานโยบายอาหารผลักดันอาหาร-วัตถุดิบท้องถิ่น ร่วมฝ่าวิกฤตพลังงาน

สถาบันนโยบายสาธารณะ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ผนึกกำลังภาคีทั้งภาครัฐ ท้องถิ่น เอกชน และประชาสังคม ขับเคลื่อนกลไกสภานโยบายอาหารเพื่อสร้างนวัตกรรมเชิงนโยบายสำหรับผ่าข้ามวิกฤตพลังงานที่กำลังส่งผลรุนแรงต่อการนำเข้าปัจจัยการผลิตและการขนส่งอาหารจากแหล่งผลิตที่อยู่ห่างไกล ด้วยการร่วมมือกันสร้างระบบอาหารท้องถิ่น ไม่ใช่ในฐานะทางเลือก แต่ในฐานะทางรอด

Our School of Public Policy at Chiang Mai University has collaborated with partners across the public sector, local authorities, the private sector, and civil society to advance the Food Policy Council mechanism and co-create policy innovations. This effort seeks to address the energy crisis, which is severely impacting the import of production inputs and the transportation of food from distant sources, by strengthening local food systems—not as an alternative, but as a critical pathway to resilience.
